Denim Manufacturing for Brands, Importers and Wholesale Buyers
Velden Denim is a factory-based jeans manufacturer and denim supplier located in Panyu District, Guangzhou, China. Established in 2011, we work with fashion brands, importers, wholesalers, retailers and private label customers on denim garment development and bulk production.
Our main product range includes straight jeans, flare jeans, denim shorts, denim overalls and other custom denim apparel. Rather than working only with fixed ready-made styles, we can develop products around a buyer’s tech pack, reference sample, target fit or existing collection.
For customized projects, orders normally begin with a review of the style, quantity, size range, fabric, wash, trims, branding and packaging requirements.
Custom & OEM Denim Development
Our OEM and private label service covers the main steps required to move a denim design from specification to production.
Depending on the project, buyers can customize:
- Cotton, stretch, cotton-blend, recycled or specified denim fabrics
- Fit, pattern, measurements and size range
- Denim color and washing effects
- Buttons, rivets, embroidery and other trims
- Woven labels, hang tags and logo details
- Poly bags, cartons and retail packaging
For new developments, we recommend completing and approving a sample before bulk production. This helps confirm the fit, fabric, wash appearance and garment details before the full order begins.
Production & Quality Follow-Up
Our team follows denim orders through fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, finishing, measurement, final inspection and packing.
Quality checks are made against the approved sample and confirmed order specification. Depending on buyer requirements, fabric composition, color fastness, shrinkage and other relevant tests can also be arranged.
We pay particular attention to the areas that usually matter most in denim sourcing: fit consistency, measurements, wash appearance, sewing quality, hardware and repeat-order consistency.
Wholesale & Export Support
Velden Denim supports both customized programs and wholesale denim orders for international buyers.
Typical customized orders start from around 100 pcs per style, although the workable MOQ depends on the fabric, wash, trims and construction requirements. Sample development normally takes around 7–15 days, while bulk production is generally around 30–60 days, depending on the order.
For export orders, we can discuss EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms according to the destination and shipment requirements. Packaging, carton marks and other export details can also be confirmed before shipment.
