Branding Details Built Around the Garment
Velden Denim supports trim, logo and accessory development for straight jeans, denim shorts, denim overalls, flare jeans and other private label denim garments. Available options may include buttons, rivets, zippers, overall buckles, embroidery, woven labels, hangtags and other design-specific accessories.
Each trim should be selected according to the garment construction, wash process, order quantity and intended brand presentation. A button suitable for straight jeans may not meet the structural requirements of an overall fastening, while trims applied before washing may develop a different appearance from those attached after finishing.
Buyers should identify all branded and functional components in the tech pack before sampling.
Buttons, Rivets, Zippers and Buckles
Metal trims affect both the appearance and function of a denim garment. Their size, finish, attachment method and position should be confirmed against the approved design.

Standard trims may provide a more flexible MOQ and shorter development time. Custom-stamped buttons or rivets may involve artwork preparation, supplier minimums or tooling requirements. The workable option is evaluated according to the logo, finish, order quantity and garment structure.

Logo Artwork and Sample Confirmation
Buyers should provide a clear logo file together with the required dimensions, colors, positions and preferred application method. Vector artwork is preferable for engraved hardware, embroidery and woven labels because it helps preserve line quality at a small size.
Before bulk production, the following points should be reviewed:
- Logo spelling and orientation
- Finished dimensions
- Thread or metal color
- Surface finish
- Placement
- Attachment quality
- Visibility after washing
- Consistency with the garment design
A digital artwork confirmation may be used to check layout, but a physical trim sample is recommended when appearance, color or texture is important. Complex artwork may need simplification to remain clear on small buttons, rivets or labels.
Embroidery and Decorative Accessories
Embroidery can be used for pocket details, small logos or design accents where suitable for the garment. Buyers should specify the artwork size, thread colors, position and required appearance.
The sample review should check:
- Embroidery dimensions
- Stitch coverage
- Thread color
- Edge definition
- Position and orientation
- Fabric distortion
- Appearance after washing
Decorative accessories must also be evaluated against the selected fabric and wash process. Heavy trims or dense embroidery may affect garment balance, while some finishes can change during washing. These details should therefore be included in the Tech Pack & Sample Development stage.
Woven Labels and Hangtags
Private label denim orders can include woven labels and hangtags based on confirmed artwork. Buyers should provide the required wording, dimensions, colors, material preference and placement.
Label confirmation should cover:
- Main label artwork
- Size and care information
- Label dimensions
- Fold and sewing method
- Hangtag shape and material
- Attachment method
- Position on the garment
- Packing presentation

MOQ, Timing and Bulk Trim Approval
Customized denim orders usually start from around 100 pieces per style, but custom hardware and accessories may have separate supplier minimums. Standard trims, available finishes and simpler branding may support a more flexible starting quantity.
Sample development normally takes around 7–15 days, depending on artwork, trim availability, tooling, embroidery and garment requirements. Custom hardware can require additional time before the garment sample is completed.
For an evaluation, provide the product style, order quantity, logo file, required trims, preferred finishes, placement details, packaging requirements and destination. Approved trim samples and artwork are then used as references during bulk production and final inspection.
